Contributions from individuals or businesses are unlimited in dollar amount to a Political Action Committee (PAC).
All donations in excess of $150 or when combined exceed $150 within a reporting period require us to report the occupation of the donor according to Kansas Ethics regulations. If the person is not employed, then we are required to report the occupation of the donor’s spouse.
